Borambola Wines has it’s own version of royal history. In 1920 we hosted the future King Edward VIII and then, almost a century later in 2018, Prince Charles and Camilla popped the corks of our VIII Sparkling Brut at a neighbouring homestead. HRH’s host called in “Double Joy” we hope you’ll enjoy our royal blush. Handpicked from our Shiraz varietal.
Tasting Notes
Whole bunch pressed Shiraz, fermented cold in stainless steel to retain freshness and varietal character.
The wine shows a lifted nose of rose petal and red berries, with a fresh lively refreshing palate.
