For Richard Parker wine making is a mix of art and science, soil and climate, of passion and logic, hard work and joy, all combining in the pursuit of producing quality expressive wines, reflecting the place in which they are grown and made. Richard’s state of the art winery provides the best wine making equipment available but it’s his hands on approach, his careful attention to detail from vine to glass that is paramount in creating our high quality wines, bringing out the best of each variety.
