Our 2007 Hiraji's Spell Shiraz is a hit!
"Rummaging through our cellar we found a bottle of Borambola 2007 Hiraji's Spell Shiraz lurking in the shadows. What a delight, as it was a delicious, full bodied and well rounded shiraz which had held its complexities over the past fourteen years. Sadly, we couldn't find another bottle of this wonderfully flavorsome wine. Hopefully, the successive vintages will age similarly."
