TAFE NSW Degustation

On Tuesday 30th October Borambola Wines was thrilled to partner with TAFE NSW as part of their degustation.

This degustation shows the experience of the Hospitality Certificate Three students and the second and third year Chefs.

Borambola Wines wine matched our new Double Joy Rose with an amazing locally sourced menu including Trout from Tumut, and Coolamon Cheese built into dessert.

Tim gave the guests an insightful presentation on the history of Borambola Wines including the production and stories behind each of the paired wines.
