Regional Dinner

During September, TAFE NSW's 2nd year Apprentice Chefs and their trainer have explored the Riverina to find some of the best produce in the region. 

They've now created a delicious 3-course menu based on their discoveries while the Hospitality Cert II and III students work closely with local vineyard Borambola Wines to match wine with the food. Dinner guests will have the chance to meet the local winemaker, ask questions and learn about wine and food matching.

The evening will once again be a memorable one and is a great benefit for students who get to experience first-hand what it is like to research, prepare and serve the great produce that the Riverina has to offer! 

Dinners will be held on Tuesday 17th, 24th and 31st Octoberfrom 6pm - 9.30pm at the On Course Restaurant at TAFE NSW in Wagga Wagga.
